(BISMARCK, ND) – District 35 Senator Margaret Sitte and the North Dakota Republican Party have admitted to making campaign robo-calls on behalf of Senator Sitte into District 35 in violation of North Dakota law.

Complaints from District 35 residents to the Attorney General’s office resulted in notification to both the Sitte campaign and the North Dakota Republican Party to end the calls. There was no word if either Sitte or the Republican Party had been fined for violating the law.
